Drive or Partition Imaging Software

I've been using Norton Ghost for a while to do my backups but it turns out that their version 10.0 changes the drive such that I can't back it up like I used to with Drive Image software. I've tried to uninstall and clean out the registry but it made it unusable, so I'm not able to run it at all (and probably have to clear some bits on the HDD).

Googling around, I found:
